Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo is our homage to the fertile lands of a historic coffee region: the Cerrado Mineiro. A classic profile, which we've developed to achieve the perfect balance between the different aromas. This is coffee that delivers a unique experience, but one which transcends the purely sensorial as it's part of the Café Delas project – a network of entrepreneurs who fight for gender equality through female empowerment programs and projects. In every sip, you'll find the history of Filomena Estefania De Matto Couto, the grower we chose for this coffee in our Selezione line.

Like all the coffees in the Selezione line, our Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo is also a limited edition, meaning it's unrepeatable and so provides an even more precious tasting experience.

Filomena Estefania De Matto Couto's family has been growing coffee for over a century. Their plantations are located in areas boasting ideal climates and altitudes and produce coffee cherries of the highest quality thanks to the care and attention a first-rate team of qualified experts who the Matto family involves in every phase of production.

This coffee is part of the Café Delas project, an initiative that supports female farmers, helping them to better develop their businesses by providing resources, knowledge and visibility. Part of the profits are reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in agriculture.
