We have combined two speciality coffees, the Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo Café Delas and the Guatemala Blue Ayarza Vinoso Washed, to transform each cupful into an experience that pleases all palates, from the less experienced right through to the most discerning. We've created a journey that not only celebrates the diversity of their regions of origin, but also reveals their similarities and showcases the distinctive characteristics of each. This is how our blending of two totally unique single-origins makes every tasting experience truly unforgettable. And while each single-origin coffee is available in extremely small lots, by blending two single-origins we've created a truly exceptional limited edition that is utterly unique.

Our Special Blend combines the best of two speciality coffees, bringing together the sweetness and richness of Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo with the brio and complexity of Guatemala Blue Ayarza. The result yields a coffee with perfect balance between body and acidity, and a flavour profile that amazes and satisfies sip after sip. The full-bodied sweetness and chocolate notes of Brazil Eagle Monte Carmelo are the perfect base to allow the Guatemala Blue Ayarza to express its liveliness and fruity and citrus tones.
